1. What data we collect

Registration: name, CPF, email and phone.
Usage: account access data (session) and interactions within the system.
Payment: processed by a payment provider; we do not store card data.

2. What we use it for

Create and maintain your account and grant access.
Process the subscription and billing.
Prevent fraud and ensure security.
Communicate notices about the service (and, with your consent, updates).

3. Legal basis

We process your data for the performance of the contract (the subscription), out of legal obligation and based on your consent, in accordance with the LGPD.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with the payment provider and when required by law.

5. Your rights

At any time, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or withdrawal of consent. Just ask at privacidade@greenfypro.com.

6. Security

Your password is stored encrypted (never in plain text) and we take measures to protect your data. No system is 100% foolproof, but we treat your information with care.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie only to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies without notice.

8. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists and for the period needed to comply with legal obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
